Orientation Video

House Rules

  • Driving: Please drive slowly through the campground.
  • Parking: Park in front of your unit or in overflow area. 
  • Respect: Respect your neighbors.  No loud parties.  Don’t disturb wildlife.  
  • Quiet Hours: 9:30 PM-7:30 AM – Please keep noise to a minimum.
  • Pets: Must be controlled at all times and cleaned up after; quiet barking dogs.
  • Trash: Pick up all your trash; use designated bins.
  • Fires: Only in designated firepit/rings; ensure fires are completely out before leaving the fire area or going to sleep.
  • Use of common areas:
    • Bath — Please limit time in consideration of others waiting.
      • Keep it picked up/clean.
      • Place all laundry in the provided receptacle.
    • Kitchen – Clean up after yourselves
      • Wipe surfaces (tables/counters).
      • Wash/dry/put away dishes.
      • Clean out food from refrigerator at the end of your stay.
  • Food storage: Should be limited to refrigerators in Clubhouse kitchen or unit refrigerators.
  • Campsite Etiquette: Don’t walk through others’ sites; keep your site tidy and respect others’ privacy.
  • Beaver Pond: Please, no swimming or fishing.
  • Grimes Creek: Fishing/wading allowed! (look for sign to creek).
  • Leave No Trace: Please leave the site as good or better than you found it; gather laundry and trash as directed and remove all personal items.
